We go big with these mega XXL inflatable latex ears!
In this tutorial, you will learn how to design, cut, glue, and fully assemble a pair of oversized inflatable ears from latex.
We cover advanced technical shaping techniques, such as building internal chambers and airtight seams. So it's really about building and shaping.
This workshop assumes you already have experience with inflatable latex or have followed the general video series. If you are familiar with working with inflatable latex, gluing techniques, and creating airtight designs, you are ready to get started.
The video is approximately 12 minutes long, but expect 4 to 8 hours to make 2 inflatable ears. Beautiful art takes time!
This pattern and the explanation in the video only concern the ears, as we assume you already have experience with making latex clothing and inflatable objects and constructions. So how you glue the ears (or other shapes) somewhere, attach them, or in any way want to attach them, you decide yourself, because there are of course hundreds of possibilities to do so.

This latex course is suitable for anyone who wants to take a step further and expand and deepen their knowledge. Not only fashion designers but also artists, or for theater, cosplay, and advertising will enjoy this workshop.
The course is not suitable for beginners because the basic techniques are no longer explained. You are therefore already familiar with cutting and gluing latex and you also have experience with making inflatable latex items.
